Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g., undergarments, hygiene products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Items sold on clearance or promotional sales.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Books with visible signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media products.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your payment card provider, as it may take time for your refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale, promotional, and discounted items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

To initiate an exchange:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
  • Ship the item to:
    KN 20 Ave, Nyarugenge, Kigali, Rwanda, after receiving confirmation from our team.

8. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
