Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

- It must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and labels.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or personal care items (e.g., undergarments, hygiene products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items sold on clearance or promotional sales.
- Customized or made-to-order items.

3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Books with visible signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media products.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email notification confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated period:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your payment card provider, as it may take time for your refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale, promotional, and discounted items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
To initiate an exchange:

- Provide your order number, product details, and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Ship the item to:

8. Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you:
- You’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Important:
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
- For valuable items, consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without a valid tracking number.
